We find where you actually are
Your rank is not moving because your habits are not moving. The first lesson finds the three habits costing you the most — not a list of twenty things nobody can remember.

Where your climb starts
You just lost 3 games in a row and you can feel your rank slipping again.
You watched a guide, tried the exact thing they said, and still got flamed by your team for it.
You used to be better than half your friend group. Now they are passing you.
You know you should be a higher rank than this. Something is off, and you cannot see what.
Here is the truth:
The players climbing past you right now are not more talented. They just stopped guessing and started being told exactly what to fix.
We find the 2–3 things actually holding you back and fix them in order. Not theory — your games, your mistakes, and what to do differently in your very next match.
Most players are not stuck because they play too little — they are stuck because they practise the wrong things. A lesson takes the guesswork out: you know exactly what to work on this week, and why.
A personal review of your own games from a Radiant player competing at that level right now — not generic advice from a YouTube video, but exactly what you are doing wrong, step by step.
After the lesson you are not left alone with your notes. The Discord stays open — ask a follow-up, send a clip, and find people at your level to play with.
What can be checked, not what can be claimed
There are no student results here yet, and we will not invent any. What there is: every figure above, with a link to the place you can check it yourself.

Four things, in one hour
Your rank is not moving because your habits are not moving. The first lesson finds the three habits costing you the most — not a list of twenty things nobody can remember.
You send a game and we go through it round by round. Not “play better” — the exact second you lost the round, and what should have happened instead.
Screen share on Discord: you play, Shon talks. Real-time feedback on every decision — where to stand, when to take the fight, why that round was already lost before you entered site.
A lesson that ends without something to do tomorrow is entertainment, not training. Every lesson ends with what to work on, in what order, and how long to spend on it.

What we get asked most
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you. Ranking up depends on your commitment: implement the feedback, put in the hours, and you will climb. What is guaranteed is that you will know exactly what you are working on and why, instead of playing another 200 games and hoping.
From Iron 1 up to Immortal. What is taught here is fundamentals: reading a round, economy, positioning and communication. Fundamentals do not change between ranks — what changes is how fast you get punished for getting them wrong.
About an hour on Discord with screen share. We go through one of your games, you play and get feedback as it happens, and you finish with a written summary of what to do before the next lesson. Hebrew or English, whichever suits you.
That is exactly when it matters most. Quality improvement with limited time beats mindless grinding with plenty of it. If you have five hours a week, the only question that matters is what to spend them on.
Every agent in the game, across all four roles. But most of what is stopping you is not knowledge of your abilities — it is when to use them and what for. So the work is on game understanding, and the agent is just the tool.
You absolutely can take one, and plenty of people start there. But one lesson shows you what is not working — and fixing a habit takes longer than an hour. Three give you long enough to fix it, check that it stuck, and see it in your games.
A monthly membership instead of one-off lessons — regular small-group classes, weekly assignments and a recorded archive. It is not open yet and has no price yet, which is why there is nothing to sign up to. When it opens it will appear here.
Not through the site. You fill in the form, Shon gets back to you on Discord, you agree a time, and payment is arranged directly with him. There is no checkout here and no card details are stored.
Or you can know precisely what you are working on and why. The difference is not talent — it is who is watching your games.
